The Restaurant is open daily with a full menu between 12:00 noon - 3:00pm.

Winery and Cave Tours operate on the hour every hour between 10:00am - 4:00pm daily.

Adjacent to the winery, the Gibbston Valley Cheesery offers a tempting choice of specialty cheeses.  The Cheesery operates daily between 10:00am and 5:00pm.
